Dow Inc., Goldman Sachs share losses lead Dow's 615-point drop

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is seeing a selloff Friday afternoon with shares of Dow Inc. and Goldman Sachs facing the biggest declines for the price-weighted average. Shares of Dow Inc. DOW, -5.48% and Goldman Sachs GS, -5.52% are contributing to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday decline, as the Dow DJIA, -2.16% was most recently trading 615 points, or 1.9%, lower. Dow Inc.’s shares are down $3.50 (5.3%) while those of Goldman Sachs are down $14.48 (4.8%), combining for a roughly 119-point drag on the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the decline are Boeing BA, -4.58%, JPMorgan Chase JPM, -4.30%, and 3M MMM, -3.76%. A $1 move in any of the benchmark’s 30 components results in a 6.59-point swing.
