Honeywell International Inc., UnitedHealth share gains lead Dow's nearly 200-point jump

Shares of Honeywell International Inc. and UnitedHealth are seeing strong returns Friday afternoon, lifting the Dow Jones Industrial Average into positive territory. The Dow DJIA, +0.69% was most recently trading 195 points (0.6%) higher, as shares of Honeywell International Inc. HON, +2.93% and UnitedHealth UNH, +2.76% have contributed about one third of the blue-chip gauge’s intraday rally. Honeywell International Inc.’s shares have climbed $6.35, or 2.9%, while those of UnitedHealth are up $10.02, or 2.7%, combining for an approximately 108-point bump for the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the gain include Inc. CRM, +2.81%, Intel INTC, +1.72%, and Apple Inc. AAPL, +1.72%. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the index equates to a 6.58-point swing.
