GlobeSt.com reports that if work-from-home trends stick after the pandemic, it could cause a permanent decline in demand for space and have a severe impact on property values.

The object lesson is to be cautious of claims about a home’s historic past — especially if those claims are adding to the price tag relative to the property’s surroundings.
