Inc., Boeing share losses contribute to Dow's 200-point fall

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is falling Wednesday afternoon with shares of Inc. and Boeing delivering the stiffest headwinds for the index. Shares of Inc. CRM, -2.84% and Boeing BA, -2.14% are contributing to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday decline, as the Dow DJIA, -0.55% was most recently trading 201 points lower (-0.7%). Inc.’s shares are down $6.63, or 2.9%, while those of Boeing are off $6.08 (2.6%), combining for an approximately 84-point drag on the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the decline include Apple Inc. AAPL, -2.60%, Chevron CVX, -1.91%, and American Express AXP, -1.48%. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the benchmark results in a 6.58-point swing.
