Inc., Apple Inc. share losses lead Dow's 117-point fall

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is trading down Wednesday afternoon with shares of Inc. and Apple Inc. delivering the stiffest headwinds for the index. The Dow DJIA, -0.30% was most recently trading 117 points, or 0.4%, lower, as shares of Inc. CRM, -2.91% and Apple Inc. AAPL, -1.80% have contributed to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday decline. Inc.’s shares have dropped $5.51, or 2.4%, while those of Apple Inc. have declined $2.50 (2.0%), combining for a roughly 53-point drag on the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the decline include Boeing BA, -2.03%, Chevron CVX, -1.41%, and Microsoft MSFT, -1.85%. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the index results in a 6.58-point swing.
